Full job description

Ace Jewellery is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Jewellery Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role combining exceptional customer service with administrative skills. You will be helping customers find the perfect piece of jewellery and assisting with their repairs whilst helping the administrative team in the jewellery workshop.

If you are organised enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering outstanding service we would love to hear from you.

The position is full time 8:30am-5pm working five days a week, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, offering advice, and sharing knowledge about different pieces.
Assist with special orders, resizing, and other customer service requests.
Keep the sales floor and displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Administrative Tasks:

Process invoices, and assist with trade customers.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
Showroom admin tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.

Desired Qualities:

Friendly and approachable personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Takes pride in appearance.
