About ADR (Sussex) Ltd

ADR (Sussex) Ltd is a growing ventilation and ducting wholesale business based in Littlehampton. We supply customers nationwide via fastlec.co.uk and operate a busy local trade counter.

Our warehouse team is at the heart of what we do — keeping orders accurate, moving stock efficiently, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

The Opportunity

We are looking to hire One Warehouse Operative / Packer to support our warehouse functions.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in receiving deliveries, booking in stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments.

We are looking to hire quickly — and we value reliability and work ethic above everything else. Skills can be taught; turning up and doing the job properly cannot.

The Role

You will be responsible for a mix of warehouse duties, including:

Picking and packing customer orders (Goods Out)
Booking courier shipments and printing labels
Using basic computer systems for order processing
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
Supporting other warehouse tasks as required

This is a physically active role involving regular lifting (up to 20kg) and being on your feet most of the day.

About You

We are looking for people who:

Turn up on time, every day — reliability is essential
Have a strong work ethic and take pride in doing a job properly
Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team
Are comfortable with routine and repetition
Can follow processes and maintain accuracy
Are physically fit and able to lift regularly
Have basic computer skills

Warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.

What We Offer

£12.90 per hour (£26,500 per year)
Quarterly profit share bonus (after probation)

Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
No weekends or bank holidays
