About The Role

Job Title: Bodyshop Supervisor

Salary: £37,542.00

Location: Corby Baird Road

Working Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday 6:00-15:00

Job Status: Permanent

Main Purpose of The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, floor‑based Bodyshop Supervisor to lead our team at Corby Baird Road. You’ll work closely with technicians on the workshop floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent quality, and a motivated, well‑supported team.

Our selection process includes two on‑site interviews and a site tour. A skills test may be included depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate technicians to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality work.
Coordinate daily workloads, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet operational targets.
Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and mentoring to support skill development.
Manage communication and HR tasks including briefings, attendance, holidays, and performance reviews.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

3+ years’ supervisory experience in a bodyshop or similar technical environment.
5+ years’ hands‑on bodyshop experience, ideally with strong paint or prep background.
Comfortable in a predominantly hands‑on role, supporting technicians on the workshop floor.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
