About Cementaid

Cementaid (UK) Ltd is the specialist supplier of the Everdure Caltite® integral concrete waterproofing admixture system, trusted by leading contractors, specifiers and developers across the UK construction sector. With a track record spanning major infrastructure, residential and commercial projects, we deliver technically robust, BS 8102-compliant waterproofing solutions that reduce programme risk and improve build quality

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across London (Central). This is a client-facing, technically demanding role suited to someone who can combine commercial acumen with genuine waterproofing expertise — building relationships with Tier 1 contractors, specifiers and design teams while championing best practice in below-ground waterproofing design

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of specification and sales opportunities with contractors, engineers and architects across London (Central)
Provide technical guidance on BS 8102 waterproofing classifications and integral waterproofing solutions
Support clients and partners through design, specification and site-level technical queries, including CSSW (Combined Structural and Site Waterproofing) reports where applicable
Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors and Approved Inspectors / Building Control
Represent Cementaid at project meetings, site visits and industry events
Work closely with the technical and commercial teams to convert specifications into secured business
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to regional sales forecasting

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in the waterproofing industry, ideally with a background in specification selling
CSSW qualification preferred (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong working knowledge of BS 8102 and waterproofing design principles
Proven track record of building relationships with contractors, consultants and specifiers
Confident, credible communicator able to engage technically with engineers and commercially with decision-makers
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory independently
Full UK driving licence
