Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (just 10 minutes from Bishop's Stortford and Harlow)

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in developing our workforce and supporting colleagues throughout their career journey.
Working as part of our friendly and supportive Learning & Development team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programmes that enable our people to provide outstanding support and care.
From welcoming new starters through our comprehensive two-week induction programme to delivering specialist and leadership development training, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that inspire confidence and drive performance.

Deliver a range of mandatory, refresher, and developmental training programmes, including Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.

Facilitate engaging face-to-face and blended learning sessions for colleagues across the organisation.

Work collaboratively with managers to identify learning needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, Ofsted, and HSE standards.

Support the ongoing development and management of learning systems and training records.

Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and continuous learning culture across St Elizabeth's.

Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
You'll be a confident and enthusiastic facilitator who enjoys helping others succeed.

Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.

Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.

The ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of learning and compliance requirements within health, social care, education, or a similarly regulated environment.

A recognised training qualification, CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience.
