Full job description

We are looking for a super organised person with a can-do attitude. We look after leasehold blocks of flats, freehold private estates and mixed-use schemes on behalf of resident management companies and freeholders. We have a strong reputation for getting our clients value for money and managing their funds diligently.

Key Duties

Site Visits: updating notice boards, checking contractor records, fire safety and health and safety records and inspecting repairs.
Repairs management: process repair requests, set priorities, raise work orders, authorise repairs and invoices, check repairs undertaken.
Compliance: liaise with the compliance team and client to ensure any recommended works are organised.
Insurance: liaise with compliance team to ensure insurance is renewed and reinstatement valuations are undertaken, assist with processing claims.
Maintenance Contracts: managing maintenance contracts.
Meetings: organise, attend, and report at Directors meetings, AGMs.
Finance: working with the Service Charge Manager to ensure schemes are well funded and operating to budget.

Requirements

A full, clean UK Driving Licence
Must have your own vehicle
ATPI or MTPI or a property management related qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Hours = 09:30 - 14:30 Monday to Friday (some out of hour’s meetings might be required, these are usually via video conferencing)

Holiday = 32 days annually plus an additional day can be taken for charity/volunteering/studying) (pro rata for part time roles)

Location = We do allow for some homeworking, and we have access to office space in Oxford. Head Office is based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Pay: Up to £18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aylesbury HP20 2HU
