Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Marketing professional to support our marketing initiatives to drive visibility for our newly developed finance platform built for SMES to meet lenders and investors all in one place. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, use of digital platforms and a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.

This paid position is suitable for individuals with experience freelance marketing, pitching skills, customer service, persuasive skill, social media management, and account managers support abilities

Duties

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to target audiences, including B2B and B2C segments.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling sends, and analysing performance metrics, should you have a network you can leverage.
Project timelines and deliverables using project management tools to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies and optimise ROI.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights to stakeholders effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in freelance marketing both digital/onsite and off-site marketing.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and giving support.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in relevant IT tools.
Demonstrated ability in copywriting and content creation tailored for various audiences.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and leadership qualities for managing projects independently.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights effectively.
Experience in project management tools and techniques to coordinate tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to work remotely with minimal supervision. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer seeking flexible freelance work that leverages their expertise across multiple digital channels while contributing meaningfully to organisational growth.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
