In your role as a Marketplace Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing your product portfolio, which includes products from our e-commerce catalogues in EU. The role will involve in working with our international e-commerce business, primarily in Italy, France and Ireland. This includes managing the promotions, FBA and in-house inventory, advertising, pricing, content, as well many other tasks related to monitoring and growing the marketplace business. As a Marketplace Executive you will be monitoring the competitive landscape and keeping up to date with marketplace trends for both domestic and international business.
Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Driving growth and profitability of our brands
- Influencing the product design, content and attributes
- Managing the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion
- Support a wide range of ATL and BTL marketing activities, including high profile advertising.
- Build brand awareness and drive sales performance for a growing food supplement brand by effectively trading across all channels.
- Monitoring E-commerce account health and dealing with day-to-day queries whilst proactively alerting wider team of any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels in both seller central and our internal systems
- Manage the product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement
- Configure products on internal systems
- Improve the performance of the brand with competitive pricing, SEO, and making improvements to listings
- Support with set up of new products
- Keep up to date with best practices for marketplace sellers
- Any other commercial requirement required by the business.
Experience/Skills required:
- Educated to degree level, relevant subject
- Speak/write in Italian and/or French is desirable
- A creative and intuitive mind
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Amazon Seller Central experience desirable
- Interest in international e-commerce
- Mathematical/statistical mindset for analysing data and trends
- SEO experience / knowledge
- Ability to learn how to use new software
- Strong time management skills to account for working with teams overseas
- Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate agility
- Familiarity with the supplement industry is desirable
