We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate Wellbeing Advisor to join our forward-thinking mental health service. The Role

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will work directly with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, offering practical and emotional support to enhance their wellbeing and independence.

You will:

Provide person-centred wellbeing support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals
Help people navigate services, community resources, and support networks
Deliver early intervention and preventative support to reduce crisis escalation
Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, social care, and voluntary sector partners
Support individuals to build confidence, resilience, and coping strategies

This is a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the sameand where your input can genuinely change lives.

About You

We want someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving mental health outcomes.

You will have:

Experience working in mental health, wellbeing, or social care (paid or voluntary)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach
The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A passion for early help, prevention, and person-centred support
