HGV Class 2 ADR Driver – Gloucester Depot Full-time, Permanent

We’re now looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (preferably ADR qualified) to join our Avonmouth depot. As one of our drivers, you’ll be one of the first faces of our new JOE Energy South West Operation– delivering to domestic, agricultural and commercial customers, building strong relationships, and upholding our reputation for outstanding service.

What you’ll do:

Safely operate a HGV 6-wheeler, completing bulk and hose deliveries (from 500 litres to full loads).
Deliver fuel to a variety of customers across the region.
Load/unload at the terminal, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
Follow delivery schedules, complete paperwork/PDA tasks accurately.
Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time.
Support other depots when required.

What we’re looking for:

Valid HGV Class 2 licence (ADR preferred).
Proven HGV driving experience (multi-drop tanker deliveries desirable).
Strong knowledge of road safety and regulations.
Confident, adaptable driver with excellent time management.
Physically fit with the ability to handle manual tasks.
Customer-focused with great communication skills.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 48 hours/week (with occasional Saturday cover in peak winter).
