Overview
Job Title: Housekeeper - Oathill Farm Holiday Park

Introduction:

We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy housekeeper to join our team at our beautiful holiday park, Oathill Farm. Set in a stunning natural environment, our park features luxurious lodges and camping plots that offer guests a relaxing retreat. As part of our housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness that our guests expect, ensuring their stay is both comfortable and memorable.

Hours:

Mondays and Fridays 9am – 3pm (We can be flexible with the start time)

Salary:

£12.71 per hour

Responsibilities:

Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smell
Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary
Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies
Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places
Wash windows, mirrors and glass surfaces and ensure they are free of streaks
Make beds, change linens, and ensure all bedding and towels are fresh and spotless
Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked
Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials and order more as needed
Inform manager of anything that is broken or not functioning correctly so that the issue is resolved promptly

Candidate Profile:

Essential:

Must have own transport
Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques
Strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift
Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Must be physically fit
Possess a strong attention to detail

Desirable:

Good time management skills
Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
