Full job description

E-PickPack is an established fulfilment company based in Aylesbury, with 19 years of experience and a reputation for reliability and growth. As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are looking to welcome a new team member to strengthen our Operations team.

At E-PickPack, Operations sit at the heart of our customer experience. Every day, we deliver thousands of products to customers in hundreds of countries worldwide, and we take pride in doing this accurately, efficiently, and on time.

We are looking for a part time new team member to expand our existing team, in line with growth plans for the business in the coming month. The successful candidates will be given full training on the systems and the tasks that form the role, so no previous experience on system is needed.

It's all about providing our customers with exactly what they want, right when they want it. So, join the Operations team and you'll receive, pick, pack and ship parcels – working to the highest standards to make sure we exceed our customers' expectations.

An experience driving a forklift (even if the license has expired) will be a massive advantage for that position and also ability to do simple DIY task (put up shelves..)

Qualifications, Key task:

Pick and pack orders with scanners
Put back the items around the warehouse efficiently.
Constantly Lifting boxes (0.5Kg in average, max 20Kg)
Work to systems and procedures
Delivery/Pick up to events and university
Work in a safe manner, always adhering to the Company Health and Safety Policy and Safe Working Practices.
Undertake all tasks with a 'customer service’, 'can do’ attitude and contribute to improving the performance of the business and the profit share pot.
Received daily order by truck with or without forklift
Loading and unloading pallets from truck with forklift or pallet truck
You will need to be able to read, write and speak in English
