About Us

The Planning Bee is a modern estate planning company specialising in Wills, Trusts and later life planning.

We help people put the right plans in place for the future with clear, affordable and easy to understand advice.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing person to help us generate more enquiries and appointments online.

The main focus will be Google Ads, so we need someone who understands paid search properly and knows how to generate good quality leads at a sensible cost.

We are currently looking to manage and scale advertising budgets of around £5,000 to £15,000 per week, so we need someone confident working with meaningful spend and clear performance targets.

Experience with Meta ads, including Facebook and Instagram, would also be useful.

It would also be a big advantage if you can build and edit basic landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for:

Setting up, managing and improving Google Ads campaigns
Managing Facebook and Instagram ads where needed
Managing weekly ad budgets of around £5,000 to £15,000
Tracking enquiries, appointments and campaign performance
Improving keywords, ad copy, targeting and budgets
Testing different ads, landing pages and messages
Building or editing simple landing pages in WordPress using Elementor
Reporting clearly on what is working and what needs improving
Helping us increase lead volume while keeping costs under control

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with:

Strong experience with Google Ads
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
A good understanding of lead generation
Experience managing paid ad budgets of around £5,000 to £15,000 per week
Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics and landing page performance
The ability to work independently and explain things clearly
A practical, results-focused approach
Experience with WordPress and Elementor, ideally

Experience in legal services, financial services, estate planning or a similar sector would be helpful, but it is not essential.
