We’re looking for dedicated Housekeepers to join the team at Fairfield House Hotel. If you have a passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cleaning all public areas within the hotel to a high standard.
Cleaning guest bedrooms in line with daily occupancy and special requests.
Ensuring rooms meet company standards and completing relevant documentation for room checks.
Reporting any faults within rooms and public areas to the Duty Manager.
Addressing concerns regarding guest misuse or damage of rooms professionally.
Ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction of guests within the hotel.
Following all instructions given by the Duty Manager and Head of Housekeeping.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in all working and public areas, free from hazards.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (desirable but not essential).
Hard-working, reliable, and punctual with excellent time-management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
