Forbes House supports adults aged 18 years and upwards who have a variety of physical, mental health support needs and Dementia.

The Role:
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Senior Care Assistants to complement our current team in delivering person centred care.

Your Responsibilities will include :

Providing excellent care and support to our residents
Ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards
Creating and carrying out person centred care plans
Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
Support, guide and mentor other members of your team
