Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role is the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly, efficiently, and with a positive energy that reflects our company culture. As an Office Administrator, you will be the go-to person for managing office tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster productivity and streamline our administrative processes from day one.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, and directing enquiries appropriately.
Printing orders and speaking to customers regarding order enquiries.
Support accounting activities by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping functions using the companies accounting software.
Assist in ordering office supplies and managing inventory to ensure a well-stocked workspace.
Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and preparing correspondence to keep operations running seamlessly.

Skills

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Sage would be helpful.
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation.
Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail in managing files and schedules.
Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
Previous administrative or clerical experience that showcases reliability and proactive problem-solving.
