Join Our Friendly Reception Team!

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy 10-surgery mixed NHS and private dental practice in Cambridge.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, well-established team in a modern practice equipped with the latest technology.

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, professional and caring approach
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confidence using computer systems (dental software experience is an advantage but not essential)
Previous reception, customer service or healthcare experience is desirable
