We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Assistant/Host to be the face of our coffee shop and create memorable first impressions for our guests.

Role Overview

As a Counter Assistant/Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet guests with a smile, manage seating arrangements, support the team during busy periods, and ensure every visitor feels valued and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers as they enter the coffee shop
Manage orders and seating efficiently
Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area
Support baristas with drink preparation as needed
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Flexible availability, including weekends
