If you join us as a Fee Earner in our Contested Litigation department, you will:
- Work alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment
- Gain exposure to complex, high-value and rewarding cases
- Receive structured training and ongoing support
- Develop the practical skills required to succeed as a solicitor
- Manage your own caseload of PI/EL or PI/VD files.
You will receive an annual salary of £25,500 and work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, typically starting at 8.30am and finishing at 5pm.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Commitment to your own personal development
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
- Legal or equivalent experience
- Ability to assist with a caseload of mainly fast track cases with appropriate supervision
- Some knowledge of RTA liability, together with factual causation issues
- Knowledge of Personal Injury Law, including Part 7 and Part 8 Procedural Rules and Practice Directions regarding Credit Hire and Vehicle Damage losses recovery
- Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives
- Strong IT skills
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge or experience within Personal Injury or Other Compensation Claims Process
We welcome applicants without previous credit hire experience as full training and support will be provided to successful candidates. We also welcome applications from paralegals with appropriate skills and experience.
