Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and professional Enquiries Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales through effective communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Fluency in both Spanish and English, along with data entry experience, will be highly advantageous. The Enquiries Advisor will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with their requests, offering tailored solutions and upselling opportunities where appropriate.
Maintain detailed records of enquiries and interactions through data entry systems.
Analyse customer feedback to identify common issues or opportunities for service improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.
Support the team in achieving organisational goals by delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to analyse information accurately and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Experience in upselling products or services is desirable but not mandatory.
Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Previous experience working in a multilingual environment is advantageous but not essential. This role offers a dynamic working environment where your communication skills can make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and organisational success.
