Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Your proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills will be essential in fostering long-term client connections and positioning our organization as a leader in the industry. This role offers a dynamic environment where your enthusiasm and strategic thinking will directly impact our success.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a track record of achieving targets
Strong proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of CRM software tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
