Exciting shadowing opportunity for individuals interested in gaining insight into the role of a Personal Assistant (PA). We are offering an in-person Personal Assistant shadowing opportunity for someone looking to gain practical, real-world experience supporting a busy entrepreneur and business team.

This placement is ideal for students, graduates, career changers, or anyone interested in developing administrative, organisational, and business support skills.

What You'll Experience

Throughout your placement, you'll shadow our team and gain first-hand experience in:

Diary and calendar management
Preparing and issuing invoices
Business research and market research
Organising meetings and appointments
Email management and correspondence
Document preparation and administration
Working with CRM systems and business software
General office administration
Supporting a variety of business projects
Understanding how a fast-paced business operates day to day
