We are a fast-growing business with a strong Business-to-Business Trade network across funeral homes, crematoria and industry partners. Our Trade team plays a vital role in supporting these partners and ensuring orders are processed with precision, sensitivity and efficiency.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the day-to-day running of our B2B Trade department and requires someone who is calm under pressure, detail-focused and able to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and care.
This is a busy, operational role supporting the Trade Manager and wider team, ensuring our partners receive a consistent, responsive and professional service at all times.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable making day-to-day decisions within established processes.
Overview
The Administrator supports the smooth running of EverWith’s B2B Trade operations. You will be responsible for processing postal orders, responding to partner enquiries and maintaining accurate systems and records across our platforms.
You will act as a key point of contact for our Trade Partners, providing clear communication and efficient support from order placement through to fulfilment.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure and organisation, can prioritise effectively and is confident working independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.
Objectives of this role
- Deliver a consistent, accurate and thorough administrative service
- Act as a reliable first point of contact for Trade Partner queries
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and within service level timeframes
- Maintain clear and professional communication with partners
- Keep systems and records fully up to date and accurate
- Support the Trade Manager in maintaining strong partner relationships

Responsibilities
Order & Admin Management
- Process trade orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Allocate jewellery and components required for orders
- Monitor order progress and flag any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate order records on CRM system
- Manage incoming postal orders and documentation
- Prepare and update internal tracking documents where required
Partner Communication
- Respond to email, phone and live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear updates to partners on order status and timelines
- Build positive working relationships with trade partners
- Handle queries confidently and escalate where appropriate
Team & Operational Support
- Work closely with the Trade Manager and wider team
- Liaise with production, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Support with training prep, documentation or partner rollouts when needed
- Maintain organised filing systems and shared documents
- Assist with general Trade department administration
General
- Ensure high standards of accuracy across all systems
- Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
- Carry out additional duties as required to support the Trade function
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience handling high volumes of orders or enquiries desirable
