Join Our Bakery Team

We’re looking for a talented Senior Baker to help lead our bakery, working alongside our Head Baker and kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality breads, cakes, and pastries.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support daily production, motivate the team, and step up to lead when needed.

What You’ll Do

Support the smooth day-to-day running of the bakery
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring efficient workflows
Produce high-quality baked goods to company standards
Step into a leadership role in the Head Baker’s absence
Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and organisation
Work closely with kitchen, café teams, and wholesale customers

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a busy bakery environment
Strong organisation and team leadership skills
Passion for quality and attention to detail
Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
