About Us

We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
Emptying bins and maintaining waste disposal areas.
Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Good attention to cleanliness and organisation.
Previous kitchen porter experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.

Working Hours

Full-Time Shift

10:00am – 2:00pm
5:00pm – 10:00pm
3-hour unpaid break between shifts

Part-Time Options

10:00am – 2:00pm (Lunch Shift)
5:00pm – 10:00pm (Evening Shift)

Weekend availability is required.

Schedule

Holiday availability may be required

Experience

Kitchen Porter: 1 year preferred (not essential)
