Head of Meta & Paid Social Prime Property Auctions · Glasgow £30,000–£50,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Help build the UK's #1 property auction house

Prime Property Auctions went from zero to #2 in Scotland in under three years. We're the fastest-growing, highest-rated auction house in the country.

Now we're going after the big one: our goal is to build the most trusted, highest-performing auction house in the UK.

To get there, we need a marketer who can turn Meta into a serious growth engine for getting stock on our books. That's you.

A note from the founders

If you eventually want to build your own thing — agency, business, whatever — good. We want to help you become the kind of operator who could actually pull it off.

We'll give you the budget, the mentorship, and the access we wish we'd had early on.

Our job is to develop you and then make operating at that level here so exciting, so rewarding, and so full of upside that it beats every other option on the table.

But that's a conversation for later.

The mission

Meta is our most underused channel. We're spending £10,000/month and we want to scale to £100,000+/month, profitably.

Your job: own Meta and paid social end-to-end. Build the creative and acquisition machine that reliably turns strangers into properties on our books.

What you'll actually do

Write copy that sells

Hooks, headlines, primary text, and CTAs for Meta
Copy for landing pages, emails, and short-form video scripts
Create compelling offers that make people act

Run and scale campaigns

Build and manage Meta campaigns, plus core Google Search to back it up
Launch and rotate creatives weekly based on winners and past data
Monitor performance and budgets closely, making clear, logical optimisations

Drive the creative engine

Work weekly with our in-house videographers and actors to produce fresh paid creatives
Lead creative sessions: briefs, scripts, shot lists, angles, hooks
Keep the pipeline full so we never run dry on winning ads

Report clearly

One weekly summary: what ran, what worked, what died, what's next

Who this is for

This isn't for a corporate brand marketer. This isn't for someone who wants a quiet job managing a small budget and sending weekly reports.

This is for the person who has been running ads — their own business, an agency, SMMA, freelance clients, whatever — and knows they've got something, but hasn't had the platform to fully prove it yet.
