Full job description

Supervising a busy food production line

Slicing, packing, labelling a range of Bacon and Cooked Meat products.

Factory base at 110 Deerpark Road, Roslea, Co Fermanagh Northern Ireland. BT92 7GP

Monday to Friday

8am to 6pm

Time keeping essential

Completing orders in time

Supporting management, Liaising with Production Manager

Organising your production team and training new staff

Awareness of Health and Food Safety

Qualifications
- Experience in food production
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Mechanical aptitude for operating production equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Experience

Proven experience as a Food Team Leader
Minimum 3 years’ experience within Team Leader Role within a food manufacturing environment
Ability to demonstrate good manual dexterity
Evidence of effective communication skills
Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail
Evidence of good timekeeping and reliability
Able to manage and motivate a team
Able to ensure production targets are met
Able to complete quality paperwork.
