What You’ll Be Doing:

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative – Order Picker

Location: Uform

Shift Pattern: 42.5 hours, Evening Shift, 3pm to 12 midnight
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a supportive team, and taking pride in quality work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

✅ What You'll be doing?

Accurately pick customer orders to exact specifications and quality standards
Handle both ex-stock and custom production items with care and precision
Use scanners and barcodes to ensure correct item selection and traceability
Follow clear procedures for various order types (OAK, COURIER, DPD, etc.)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in your work area
Participate in team briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Training on picker trucks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years’ previous experience in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment.
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work flexible and/or demanding hours as determined by the needs of the business.
Either hold or be willing to undertake stand-on picker truck test.
Previous order picking experience (handheld scanner, pick by voice headset).
A basic working knowledge of Quality Control and Health & Safety within a shop floor environment.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
