Full job description

A growing interior design studio working across residential and commercial projects, delivering thoughtful, high-end interiors with a strong focus on detail, materials, and spatial planning.

We’re currently looking for a talented Interior Designer to support ongoing projects on a flexible basis. This is an opportunity to work closely with a studio that values creativity, independence, and strong technical ability — not just “pretty visuals”, but real design thinking.

The role

You’ll be supporting the studio across a variety of live projects, working both independently and collaboratively depending on the stage of work.

Typical tasks include:

Space planning and layout development
Producing technical drawings (CAD/Revit/SketchUp depending on workflow)
Supporting concept design and mood boards
FF&E sourcing and material research
Assisting with client presentations
Preparing visuals and design documentation
Coordinating design updates across projects

This role is flexible and may range from a few days per week to full time.

You should have:

Experience in interior design (residential or commercial)
Strong eye for detail, layout, and spatial flow
Confident with CAD / SketchUp / design presentation tools
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and FF&E
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Portfolio demonstrating real project involvement (not just visuals)
