Production Operative

Location: Balloo Bangor, BT19 7QT
Company: Bespoke Candles Ltd
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.00–£14.00 per hour (£14.00 per hour after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period)

Bespoke Candles Ltd is one of the UK's leading private label candle manufacturers, producing high-quality candles and home fragrance products for customers across the UK and Europe. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, attention to detail, and creating products that our customers are proud to put their name on.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Operative to join our growing manufacturing team.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in our day-to-day manufacturing process. You'll be involved in producing luxury candles and home fragrance products while ensuring every item meets our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pouring candles in line with production specifications and quality standards.
Assembling products and packaging ready for dispatch.
Labelling and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work environment.
Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Assisting with stock control and replenishing materials when required.
Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
Carrying out other production duties as directed by the Factory Supervisor or Manager.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
Committed to producing work of the highest quality.
Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks and remain on their feet for much of the working day.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What We Offer

£13.00 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Full training provided.
Permanent full-time position.
