We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Community Executive to help us grow our social media presence across popular social media platforms and online communities.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop, experiment, and take ownership. We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, not just executes briefs. You’ll work closely with the wider content and marketing team, with full support and sign-off where required.

The role

You will help plan, create and execute our social strategy, with a focus on growing engaged audiences and building meaningful relationships with creators and ambassadors.

You should be confident suggesting ideas, testing new formats, and learning quickly. You may be comfortable being on camera and filming content when needed, though this is not mandatory from day one.

Key responsibilities

Social Content & Channel Growth: Plan, create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms, focused on growing reach and engagement.
Content Calendar & Campaign Alignment: Own and maintain the social content calendar, aligning activity with wider marketing priorities and campaigns.
Creative Testing & Trends: Test new formats, hooks and ideas. Stay ahead of platform trends and proactively suggest new opportunities.
Community & Reputation Management: Engage with audiences, monitor brand conversations and maintain a strong, professional brand presence.
Creator & Ambassador Outreach: Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with creators and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, medical, design and legal teams to ensure content is engaging, accurate and compliant.
Tools & Workflow Efficiency: Confidently utilise relevant tools (e.g. scheduling, social listening, analytics, AI-assisted workflows) to optimise planning, publishing and reporting processes.
Performance & Optimisation: Monitor platform performance, analyse insights, and refine strategy based on data.

What we’re looking for

Enthusiastic about social media, influencer marketing, and community management, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including short-form & long-form content dynamics
Ability to spot trends and adapt them appropriately for the brand, audience, and regulatory requirements
Strong communicator
Creative thinker with a bias toward action
Comfortable suggesting ideas and taking initiative
Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
Commercial awareness
Willingness to appear on camera if required
Experience in healthcare, wellness or regulated industries is a bonus
