About the Roles
We're looking for talented Marketing and Digital professionals at all levels—from Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager through to Digital, Content, Brand and Product Marketing specialists, Head of Marketing and Marketing Director—for upcoming roles across B2B and B2C. These are roles where creativity and commercial rigour meet: turning audience insight into campaigns, content and growth that genuinely move the numbers.

You'll work across the full marketing lifecycle—from strategy and audience through to campaign delivery, channel execution and measuring what actually worked. The role suits someone who pairs genuine creative instinct with data literacy and the storytelling skill to make a brand and its message land.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Own or support brand, content, digital, product marketing or growth
Execute digital marketing—SEO, PPC, paid social, email and CRM
Create content and manage channels across web, social and email
Analyse campaign performance and optimise against KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion)
Manage marketing budgets, agencies and partners
Partner with sales, product and commercial teams on go-to-market
Support product launches and campaign planning end-to-end
(For Senior / Head roles) Set marketing strategy, lead the team and own the plan and budget

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

Experience across one or more of brand, digital, content, performance or product marketing and comms
Digital channel skills—SEO, PPC / paid media, paid social, email and CRM
Marketing tooling (GA4, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Meta and Google Ads, SEMrush, and modern CMS platforms)
Strong content creation and copywriting
Data-literate—comfortable with campaign analytics and reporting
CIM qualification a plus

Creative & Soft Skills:

Creativity balanced with commercial and analytical rigour
Storytelling and strong written and verbal communication
Stakeholder management across commercial, product and creative teams
Adaptability in a fast-changing digital landscape
Genuine curiosity about audience, market and message

Domain Flexibility:

Roles span B2B and B2C across SaaS and tech, e-commerce and retail, financial services, healthcare, agency and not-for-profit
Background in any of these is welcomed; appetite to learn an adjacent sector or channel valued just as much

Experience Level:

Executive / entry level through to 10+ years for Head of Marketing and Marketing Director
Background in marketing, digital, content, brand or product marketing
Examples of campaigns, channels or launches you've owned end-to-end and the results they delivered
