Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation within the practice and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Duties

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an organised calendar for the dental team.
Manage patient records accurately, including updating personal information and treatment history.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and insurance coverage.
Process payments and maintain financial records in accordance with practice policies.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and scheduling needs.

Skills

Previous office experience is essential, ideally within a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A friendly disposition with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
