We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager to lead our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong leadership skills, and are passionate about delivering excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilites
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Lead, manage, and support a dynamic team of dental professionals
- Drive patient satisfaction by ensuring outstanding service and care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and staff rotas effectively
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Manager, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance
- Excellent understanding of CQC compliance, dental regulations, and best practice standards
- Outstanding organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt and perform under pressure
- A passion for patient care, alongside a focus on growth and profitability

Pay: From £37,000 - negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Full-time. Mondays to Friday, 7:45am to 5:30pm
