Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in food preparation and team management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of the coffee shop, from customer service to food safety, while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and patrons. The position is fully paid and ideal for individuals with a background in restaurant, hotel, or culinary settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Manage and supervise staff.
Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in product quality.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the premises in compliance with health and safety standards.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
Implement training programmes to enhance team skills, including barista experience and culinary techniques.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and manage stock levels efficiently.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols.
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel hospitality roles.
Competence in serving customers with professionalism and warmth.
Familiarity with barista techniques and coffee brewing methods.
Ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
Knowledge of health regulations related to food handling and safety standards. This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to lead a dedicated team within a lively coffee shop setting while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Pay: £27,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
