We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our online community, increasing brand awareness, generating property leads, and creating engaging content strategies that support business growth.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in building the online presence of an exciting and rapidly expanding real estate brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all company social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media channels.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams.
- Develop campaigns that generate property enquiries, leads, and brand recognition.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Track competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote company events, property launches, and special campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Experience creating and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Knowledge of content planning and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience within real estate, property, hospitality, or luxury brands is advantageous.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
