You will be motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a fast‑paced environment. You will contribute to the day‑to‑day running of the theatre unit, supporting safe patient flow and effective coordination of care. Working across a diverse patient population, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans, ensuring practice is evidence‑based and aligned with Trust and professional standards.
In the absence of a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will be expected to support and supervise junior colleagues and unqualified staff, contributing to a positive learning environment and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
