Job Overview

BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. This is a Full-Time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about building exceptional client relationships and leading a team to deliver outstanding service. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing our client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a client-facing leadership role.

Salary: £48,000 - £64,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Lead, mentor, and support the client services team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Understand client needs and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure these are met effectively.
Oversee the entire client service lifecycle, from onboarding to project completion and ongoing support.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the development of new business.
Manage and resolve complex client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Analyse client feedback and performance data to implement service improvements and optimise processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client satisfaction, and team performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-focused leadership role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
