Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, confident sales person to help drive new business for Strata Scaling by booking and managing qualified appointments for our sales pipeline. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential (OTE ~£40,000) for consistent performers.

The focus is simple: start conversations, qualify interest, and book high-quality calls that convert into clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reaching out to potential customers via phone, DM, email, or social channels
Identifying interest and qualifying leads based on clear criteria
Booking appointments directly into the calendar
Keeping communication natural, professional, and consistent
Working independently and managing your own output
Tracking conversations and bookings accurately

What a “Good Lead” Looks Like

You’ll be trained on this, but in general:

Matches the target customer profile
Has genuine interest or a clear need
Is willing to take a call/meeting
Provides accurate details

Quality matters more than volume.

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable speaking to people and starting conversations
Reliable, consistent, and self-driven
Able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Some experience in sales or outreach is useful, but not essential
Hungry to earn based on performance rather than fixed hours
