About Perez Healthcare Ltd

Perez Healthcare Ltd is a newly established domiciliary care provider of high-quality, person-centred care across West Yorkshire. Our mission is to support individuals to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes. We are building a passionate, professional team and are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our service.

The role

As Registered Manager, you will be the nominated individual responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of our domiciliary care service. You will work closely with our directors to build our care team, and establish the highest standards of care delivery across West Yorkshire: covering Batley, Bradford, Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds and surrounding villages.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the service meets and exceeds CQC Fundamental Standards and all regulatory requirements under the Health and Social Care Act 2008
Develop, implement and maintain all policies, procedures, care plans and risk assessments
Recruit, induct, supervise and develop a team of care workers across West Yorkshire
Conduct and oversee thorough care needs assessments and produce person-centred care plans
Act as the primary point of contact for service users, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners
Monitor and audit care quality, implementing continuous improvement across all areas
Manage rotas, staffing levels and ensure safe lone-working practices are embedded
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with data protection and CQC requirements
Report safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties and local authority procedures
Manage medication administration and ensure safe medicines management practices
Liaise with local authorities, NHS partners and commissioning bodies to grow the service

Essential requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior or management role within domiciliary / homecare
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) — completed or actively enrolled and working towards completion
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008, and the Fundamental Standards
Demonstrable experience in care planning, risk assessment and safeguarding
Enhanced DBS (on the update service preferred)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle - added advantage
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship available within 6 months)

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
