Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ATV & Garden Machinery Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of outdoor power equipment, including ATVs and garden machinery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for mechanical work and outdoor equipment to develop their skills within a supportive environment. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to work in a hands-on, practical setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of ATVs and garden machinery to identify faults and issues
Perform repairs and maintenance using appropriate hand tools and power tools
Replace or repair damaged parts, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of work carried out on each piece of equipment
Assist with routine servicing, including oil changes, blade sharpening, and tyre replacements
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-maintained to promote a safe working environment

Experience

Proven experience in mechanical repair or maintenance of outdoor power equipment is desirable
Knowledge of ATV systems and garden machinery is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to diagnose mechanical faults accurately and efficiently
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
A proactive approach to learning new skills and techniques within the field

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to advance their mechanical expertise in a dynamic environment. Further training and development will be provided.

Competitive remuneration package, all positions are paid in reflection of the value of your skills and experience, service van also available.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - Overtime available
