Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Letting Agent to join our vibrant property management team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords, facilitating smooth rental transactions and ensuring outstanding customer service. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive successful property lettings while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between landlords and prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism
Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions to generate interest and secure agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings and occupancy
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information about properties and rental procedures
Organize and update property listings across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and attract potential tenants
Assist in resolving tenant queries or issues promptly, fostering positive relationships that encourage long-term occupancy

Experience

Previous administrative experience is highly valued, especially within real estate or property management environments
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, negotiating terms, and providing exceptional service
Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple listings, appointments, and documentation efficiently
A proactive attitude combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team will contribute to success in this role
