Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic and welcoming environment! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while ensuring a lively and safe atmosphere. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help create memorable experiences for every visitor. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following all food safety and responsible serving guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving correct change
Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and contribute to a lively, positive atmosphere

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
A friendly attitude with a genuine passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
