Start Date: September 2026

Are you a SEND Teacher or do you have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you hold QTS or an equivalent qualification and want to make a genuine difference to a child’s life? If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

At Inclusive Tutoring Network, we specialise in delivering high-quality 1:1 tuition to children and young people who require Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) or additional personalised support. Our approach is child-centred, flexible, and focused on life skills, confidence-building, and early learning foundations.

This is a flexible, zero-hours contract role offering a highly competitive pay rate of £40 per hour.

What We’re Looking For:

QTS or equivalent qualification
Experience working with children with SEND, particularly non verbal
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Passion for supporting confidence, independence, and emotional development
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging, personalised 1:1 sessions
Supporting a child with SEN through structured, consistent learning
Following individual learning plans aligned with the child’s needs
Building positive relationships with the child, family, and wider support team
