Full job description

Lead a Landlord portfolio, manage property maintenance matters, and be the point of contact for Landlords.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of key landlords.

This position is suited to someone with strong organisational and decision-making skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. The role requires confidence in dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of landlords and overseeing all related maintenance matters for their properties.
Coordinating and progressing maintenance issues from initial report through to completion. Within this, handling contractor performance and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
Advising landlords on maintenance solutions and obtaining approval for expenditure.
Conducting property inspections and providing recommendations for preventative maintenance or property improvements.
Handling tenancy check-outs and managing deposit negotiations between landlords and tenants. Progressing deposit disputes where required prior to adjudication.
Handling complex queries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner (can be combination of via phone, in person, written correspondence).
Providing great customer service to our Landlords and being their main point of contact

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Previous experience within the property or lettings sector (preferred but not essential).
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
The ability to confidently manage contractors and ensure accountability.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise workload and make sound decisions under pressure.
A proactive approach and strong sense of ownership over their portfolio.
Confident in guiding landlords and team members towards the most effective solutions or advising on the best course of action

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturdays on a rota basis: 9:30am – 2:00pm (time off in lieu claimed back)

Requirement: Full UK driving licence

Pay: £38,000.00 per year
