Full job description

Headlam are recruiting for 2 positions in our AP Team for FTC's until 30th November 2026.

Both roles will process invoices from suppliers in an accurate and timely fashion and provide a proactive Accounts Payable service to both internal and external stakeholders.

AP Admin: This role is about being the front line of the daily receipt of emails coming into the department and validation of invoices received, specifically:

Categorising the mailbox
Managing incoming post
Reminder letters
Validating invoices received on the correct site

Intercompany: This is a project role that requires a skilled AP Clerk specifically to:

Process intercompany invoices
Resolve queries
Support site training

About You:

Minimum of 3+ years working in Accounts Payable
Ability to work in a fast, high-volume stock based environment
