Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage front desk operations while promoting our services through social media management.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of aesthetic treatments, including skincare consultations, laser, peels, radiofrequency, hydrafacial, skin scans, photos, hair removal, pigment removal, vascular treatment, skin tags.
Deliver outstanding client services by ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Exceptional patient journey standards in award winning clinic.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
Engage in upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious working environment that prioritises client care and satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share client testimonials, and engage with the community effectively.
Demonstrate strong management skills by overseeing daily operations within the aesthetic department.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in aesthetics or beauty therapy are essential. Training will be given.
Proven experience in customer service roles within the beauty or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Experience in upselling products or services is an advantage and a passion for this.
Familiarity with social media to enhance brand visibility is beneficial.
