Brokers Incorporated Limited is a growing independent commercial insurance brokerage committed to delivering expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to businesses across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial New Business Executive to drive growth through the acquisition of new commercial clients.

The Opportunity

This role is ideally suited to an ambitious commercial insurance professional with 5+ years' experience in commercial insurance sales and business development. We are particularly interested in individuals who have developed a recognised area of expertise or niche specialism, such as:

Haulage and Logistics
Professional Indemnity
Construction
Manufacturing
Property Owners
Cyber Liability
Motor Trade
Wholesale and Distribution
Directors & Officers Liability
Renewable Energy

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while establishing yourself as a trusted adviser within your chosen sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and secure new commercial insurance business through self-generated leads, referrals, networking, and introducer relationships.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them through to completion.
Build long-term relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions based on clients' risk profiles and operational requirements.
Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations.
Negotiate competitive terms with insurers and underwriting partners.
Achieve and exceed agreed new business and revenue targets.
Maintain detailed and compliant client records.
Stay informed on market developments, insurer appetite, and emerging risks within your specialist sector.

About You

Minimum 5 years' commercial insurance experience with a proven track record of winning new business.
Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management.
Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Established expertise within a specialist commercial sector or product line.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently.
Cert CII or working towards professional qualifications would be advantageous.
