About Us

We supply some of the most demanding kitchens in the UK, including 10+ Michelin-starred restaurants and ingredient-focused chefs who care deeply about provenance and quality.

Butchery premises: Portsmouth
Farm: Dorset
Commercial team: London

We are a small, focused team building something serious. This is not a corporate environment.

The Role

This is a commercial role with real ownership. You will:

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value chef and restaurant accounts
Handle the full cycle: order management, relationship management, and problem resolution
Drive new business through outbound sales and lead development
Identify opportunities to increase spend, frequency, and product mix within existing accounts

What We Are Looking For

Genuine interest in food and a strong curiosity about meat and provenance
Confident on the phone. Outbound calling is part of the role
Commercially driven, with a focus on revenue, margin, and growth
Comfortable working at pace in a fresh food logistics environment where issues need fast resolution
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using systems including CRM, Excel, and order platforms

Base salary: £35,000 + annual bonus
Two team members have each generated over £2m in sales in the last two years

Location

London (hybrid). Primarily remote with regular in-person working days.
