About the Role
The Production Operator will be responsible for the manufacture of SGRT-related products. This includes, but is not limited to, electro-mechanical assembly, installation of software onto workstations, and testing assembled systems to ensure they meet required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Electro-mechanical assembly of Vision RT products, including imaging devices, workstations, power supplies, and extruded metal work
- Soldering of components and wiring
- Conducting in-process production testing
- Working in line with manufacturing and test work instructions
- Completing and maintaining production-related documentation accurately
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to follow work instructions and test documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate completion of documentation and paperwork
- Flexible approach with the ability to support a variety of activities within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within an FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485-certified environment (desirable)
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies
- Participation in Kaizen or continuous improvement events
